Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of ScheduleBot, a Discord application operated by Lenyo Productions.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By adding or using ScheduleBot on a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the bot.
2. What ScheduleBot provides
ScheduleBot connects public Twitch schedule information with Discord. It can publish and update schedule messages, store server-specific setup preferences and create, update or remove Discord scheduled events.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have permission to add and configure the bot on the relevant Discord server.
- You must only connect Twitch channels and Discord channels you are authorized to manage.
- You must follow the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Developer policies, Twitch Terms of Service and applicable law.
- You may not misuse the bot to spam, harass, mislead, disrupt services or gain unauthorized access.
4. Third-party services
ScheduleBot depends on Discord, Twitch and its hosting provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Lenyo Productions does not control the availability or behavior of those third-party services.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued to maintain security, comply with platform requirements or improve the service. Planned schedules and events should be reviewed before relying on them.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or removed when these terms are violated, the bot is abused, a platform requires it, or operation would create a security or legal risk. Server administrators can stop using the service at any time by removing saved connections and the bot.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ScheduleBot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lenyo Productions is not liable for indirect losses caused by missed announcements, inaccurate third-party data, outages or unauthorized server configuration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
