ScheduleBot connects your Twitch schedule to a Discord text channel, so your community can see what’s coming up in one place. Your Twitch profile, planned broadcasts and stream times appear together, with updates handled automatically.
Seven days at a glance
Your schedule starts with today and includes the next six days. Each day has its own section, making it easy to find the next stream or see when you’re taking a day off.
- Streams already planned before setup are included.
- Empty days show “No stream scheduled”.
- At midnight in Europe/Berlin, the past day leaves the schedule and a new day is added.
Changes stay in sync
Change a stream’s title, move its start time or remove a planned broadcast on Twitch. ScheduleBot checks the schedule automatically, normally about every ten seconds, and updates the existing Discord message.
Once a stream’s planned end time has passed, it is marked “Ended”. It stays visible for the rest of that day, so your community can still see what was scheduled.
Discord events, taken care of
About 30 minutes before a planned stream, ScheduleBot creates a Discord event. Members can use Discord’s event features to follow upcoming broadcasts.
If you remove the linked schedule entry on Twitch, the bot removes its Discord event on the next successful check. Make sure ScheduleBot has permission to create and manage events on your server.
Fits your community
Choose the Discord channel where your schedule appears and connect additional Twitch channels when you need them. Stream timestamps are displayed in each member’s local time zone.
Use /language to choose English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Japanese for the bot’s messages. Use /twitch whenever you want to share a linked Twitch profile.
