Help & FAQ
Quick answers for the most common ScheduleBot setup and synchronization questions.
The schedule does not appear+
Run /list and confirm that the Twitch channel is connected to the intended Discord channel. Then check the bot’s View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links permissions.
A Twitch update is missing+
ScheduleBot checks for changes automatically. Confirm that the stream is present in the public Twitch schedule and allow a short moment for the next sync.
The Discord event was not created+
Events are intentionally created only around 30 minutes before the scheduled start. The bot needs Create Events and Manage Events permissions.
Times look different for members+
Discord timestamps are displayed in each member’s local time zone. This is expected and keeps the schedule correct internationally.
How do I connect another streamer?+
Run /setup again with another Twitch channel and, if wanted, a different Discord text channel. Multiple connections are supported.
How do I remove a setup?+
Use /unlink and enter the Twitch channel name used during setup. Run /list afterward to confirm that it was removed.
